Terese brings over 30 years of banking experience, many of those years spent originating new mortgage loans for customers. A Charlotte County resident, Joe is involved in the community as a member of the Lemon Bay Sunrise Rotary Club and the Englewood YMCA community board, as well as the Finance and Audit Committee for the Charlotte Community Foundation. Joe also dedicates time serving on the board of Englewood Area Youth Baseball (EAYB), an organization that supports local youth to grow in both sportsmanship and baseball skills. Andy is proud to be a lifelong Floridian, born in Orange Park and living in Wauchula since 2003. He is passionate about serving his community and giving back to the people who have supported him throughout his career. After earning a finance degree from Washington State University, he served as a bank examiner in Florida during the Great Recession in the early 2000s.
She was made a vice president in 2012, when she returned to the Punta Gorda office as retail and business banking officer. She graduated from St. Paul College with a degree in business management and began her banking career as a personal banker while still in college. She has worked in the Englewood, Port Charlotte, and Punta Gorda markets for the past eight years, most recently as a branch manager for another financial institution in Punta Gorda prior to joining the Bank. Originally from Alaska, Lindsey began her banking career after high school at a community bank.
Holli enjoys boating, fishing, and traveling with her family in her spare time. Outside of her professional life, Stephanie loves to spend time with her family and has been married to her best friend for 25 years. She affectionately refers to her five dachshunds - Beatrice, Harvard, Charlie, Sally, and Franklin - as her children. Originally from Indiana, she moved to Florida in 1997 and currently resides in Port Charlotte. She was married to her late husband, Tony, for 36 years and they had 2 sons together.
Debbie has been happily married to her high school sweetheart for over 35 years and they have two wonderful children, a daughter, and a son. While attending high school, she also attended South Branch Vocational Center during her junior and senior years, graduating with her high school diploma and her diploma in Business from SBVC. Well known for her active volunteer spirit, Kerry served as Treasurer and two-term President of the Boca Grande Area Chamber of Commerce, and Treasurer of the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce. She has chaired the Boca Grande Chamber’s Ladies Day Tarpon Tournament, and the Boca Grande Christmas Walk. In her free time, Kris enjoys exploring all that Florida has to offer - kayaking, camping and visiting state and national parks.

She is a licensed Florida loan officer certified through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS # ) and Notary Public. Originally from St. Petersburg, Fla., Sara spent much of her youth in Texas, where she graduated from White Oak High School and attended Kilgore College for two years. She returned to Florida in 2000, living in Charlotte County working in retail as a cashier, assistant manager and customer service representative until joining the Bank.

In 2012, she was named Vice President/Human Resources director and then in 2021, moved into her current role of Chief Human Resources Officer for Crews Bank & Trust. She understands the intricacies of loan origination, pricing, loan calculation, contracts and closing documents. In Florida, James held leadership positions as a Senior Vice President, Chief Credit Officer, and Vice President of Commercial Lending prior to joining the Bank.
Prior to joining the Bank in 2015, he served as Senior Vice President or Vice President at three other Sarasota area financial institutions, concentrating on commercial banking and wealth management. Brad’s journey into the working world started at the age of ten, when he began working part-time in the family business, where he continued for the next fifteen years. Over the years, he gained experience in various roles, starting as a teller and spending a decade in the savings and loan Industry before making a move to a commercial bank in 1985.
She is also a member of Women United, an affiliate of the United Way whose members fight for the health, education, and financial stability of every person in every community. Beyond her professional pursuits, Jennifer is actively engaged in the community as a member of both the Ft. Family holds a special place in her heart – she is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Noey. Together, they are blessed with two wonderful daughters and a son, and two beautiful grandbabies. Chris joined our team in early 2021 as a portfolio manager in the Trust and Wealth division.
Marilyn started at the Bank in 1983 and worked for over 3 years before becoming a stay-at-home mom for her son. She returned in 2000, working first as a teller, a personal banker and then was promoted to branch operations manager. Joanne joined the Bank in 2018 in the Credit Risk department, where she proved to be an invaluable asset. In the fall of 2020, she entered a training period to transition to a commercial banker for the bank’s Highlands County market. She spent time in both credit analysis and loan operations to expand her knowledge before beginning her lending and business development duties full time. After the Navy, Ben served as Operations Manager for a boat manufacturing plant while getting his MBA (Master of Business Administration) from Western Governors University.

A New Jersey native, Alyson entered banking while still in high school, working part time at a bank in her home state. She continued her career after graduating in 1988, serving customers at a financial institution in New Jersey prior to moving to Port Charlotte in 1991. After accumulating more than two decades of experience in lending and finance, James joined the Bank in October of 2020. He holds a Certificate in Banking Operations from Miami Lakes Education Center and has experience in sales, bank operations, management and customer service. Melissa, who has over 26 years of experience in all areas of banking with Crews Bank & Trust, worked her way through the ranks, starting as a bookkeeper and moving on to customer service, both roles including supervisory aspects.
